Living room (23 m²) with integral kitchen (4 electric rings, cooker hood, an oven, micro-wave, dish-washer, fridge-freezer) a table with three chairs, a sideboard, a connected television, a radio and a convertible sofa (for one children or teenager).

The gîte has access to a private patio and small garden (50 m²), with table and chairs and an electric barbecue.
The gardens of 1600 m² in total are shared with the two other gîtes.
Two parking spaces are reserved for the gîte, next to the property.
